  2. There is in fact a way to make permanent magnetic energy into a motor type device. I have found a way to balance the counter reaction force to 1/100 th. the
magnetic force reaction energy. it is a magnetic switching valve type device that for the equal distance of push in a one hp. motor device 1/100 hp. is needed to produce .98 hp. some loss to friction. People can believe or not I don’t care. It took me 50 years to come up with this answer to how to produce a perpetual motion machine. For the rest of the world that keeps doing the same bs. as every one else
STOP copying, things that just don’t work, Thank you, A Engineer.

  3. Hello Mehdi
I’ve been a fan of yours for several years. Honestly I was watching your videos only interested in seeing some sparks jump out from your circuits, until a few months ago. A few months ago we started a branch of physics that really fascinated me a lot, that’s magnetic fields and electromagnetic phenomena. Your videos were inspirational in my afternoon breaks and I started following you with more enthusiasm as we started studying inductance and the various laws of Lenz-Faraday-Neumann, where we talked about induction and self-induction. I’m here to ask you if you have any advice to give me to help choose my future university. I very appreciate the studies on electricity and would like to go into much more.
    Thanks a lot,
You are greate and you’re also an inspiration for many people!

  13. Hey there great videos, I have a suggestion for one. So recently my tire pressure sensor went out. Turns out there is a small battery in them and after several years you need to replace the entire unit. Could you think of a way to harness the energy from the rotation of the tire to power the tire pressure sensor. Wireless charging, dynamo. Something?

I had purchased them online after observing that the company selling them online marketed them on their website as 33kv insulated gloves. Could you kindly explain the difference in test potential and work potential and the correct option between these two that any person doing electrical work including me must consider before selecting and purchasing such products.

You are in inspiration to all engineers and me and my team follow you very regularly. We are from India and we have been trying to address the water crisis in our city. We have been trying to find a commercially viable and cheap water softening solution that will not destroy the lakes and rivers of our planet and yet provide soft water at low a cost.
We recently heard about what is called a “Magnetic Water Conditioner”.
First of all we are not sure if this is even valid theoretically.
Secondly Does this work in reality..?

    Please Advice

i enjoy your videos very much (even though i see evidence that many of your “zaps” are cleverly staged. but i say it is a good idea to show what a lot of watts can di, if you are not careful.
i am disabled, and have been homeless for 15 years. so i don’t get to the web all the time. but i will be checking in when i can.

  46. Hi Mehdi,
Our Physics teacher told us to make a !!! FULL !!! BRIDGE !!! RECTIFIER !!! on coding an arduino curcuit , is it necessary to pay a patent fee or just patron your channel every month ? Or Both ? (^_^)

P.S. I loved your OSC so much so I wanted to buy the same model to yours, could you just tell me the model number so I can learn to play electrospark in a more geeky way when I want to relax ? QwQ
Hope your channel will have 2,000,000 of the subscribers at an early date !

    • Didn’t understand why you would like to rectify DC into DC. Arduino is a microcontroller (programmable) that can give DC 5 volts only. It cannot give you an analog output and the closest you can go is PWM.
Arduino offers a fixed frequency bit with the AnalogWrite function, you can control the duty cycle.

  56. hello
Don’t be serious with the crank please, that is no any interesting. And you may be cost lots of time in argument with them, and you will get nothing in return.

They are so stubborn that they even think they are right and never change their mind, because the scientist they think are really different from what we think, what they think become faith, it just like religion, and really hard to change it. What they talk about aren’t truly scientist.
I hope you just give up to argue with them, and keep on doing what you do before.

Some time the society aren’t like true scientist they just want amusement, they just for fun or want to get more people to pay attention on they.

    hope you

Have you thought of making intro to electrical engineering videos? Obviously all of your videos teach thousands of people everyday but I’d love to be able to follow your schematics. Keep up the great videos!

  145. Hi Mehdi,
My friend Ian and I are both aspiring electrical engineers and love watching your videos. They’re both informational and entertaining at the same time. During class last month in Maryland, U.S.A., we brought in your engineering diagram on how to make a taser. Our instructor was overjoyed and the class started to design one ourselves. Although we didn’t successfully complete the taser project, the instructor viewed the Tesla coil video and demonstrated the circuit in class. We found out yesterday that we received a certificate of merit for bringing in your inspiration to class. We told our instructor that your videos been inspiring us since the first video we saw in 2012. If you can Ian and I would love to hear a reply soon. Thank you for reading and keep making great videos!

    Sincerely,
    Luke S. and Ian B.

    • Hi Luke and Ian,

Wow a certificate of merit?! I hope that’s a good thing since I never received one! Thanks for sharing my videos with your classmates and trying out the circuits. Just be careful with those high voltage stuff, I don’t want your bloods on my hand! Other than that, keep up the good work and pass my regards to your teacher.

      Have fun!
      Mehdi
